These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between the Maviripa, Lda, with VAT number 512 028 427, in Avenida Infante Dom Henrique n.º 97, 9500 – 764 Ponta Delgada, hereafter “Maviripa” and, on the other side individuals or companies who wish to purchase products through the website www.maviripa.pt, called “users”.

 

The purchase of goods or use the online store will be held in accordance with the Terms and Conditions herein. Upon completion of your registration or perform other actions on this portal, is automatically linked to them.

  • Processing Order

 

After the user finalize the order, it will be verified by our team.

 

Your order is processed and shipped, after verifying the payment of the same in maximum of 48 working hours, and sending the package between 24 to 96 hours working in any destination.

 

  • Shipping Order

 

After verification and confirm the payment, our team will proceed to dispatch your order within the time stated above, unless out of stock, the customer is contacted if that is the situation. Maviripa is not responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages. It is the responsibility of the customers to seize their orders. Maviripa is not responsible for customs tax duties. If in doubt contact us before ordering.

  • The maviripa.pt respects your privacy, ensuring the security of your data, and they are requested and used by us in the following situations;

 

  • Registration Process – The information collected in the registration process is used exclusively to process your orders and payment therefor.

 

  • Payment Process – Any payment transaction conducted on this platform where data are requested / personal information is held in order to ensure their protection, ensuring data encryption through a Security Certificate (SSL), if it is paid in PayPal.

 

  • Newsletter – Your personal information may be used to receive in your e-mail their advertising of our company, promotions or special offers, leaving him the option and if not desired, send email to communicate or not subscription our Newsletter during the registration process on our platform.

  1. Satisfaction/Return Policy

 

  • If the user checks the receipt of his order that it is not in perfect condition and in case of theft / loss he has insurance included in the maximum amount:

 

National Service: € 28.80 for Orders up to 2kg or € 11.68 per kilo for the remaining weight ranges;

 

International Service: 40 DTS * per item plus 4,50 DTS * per kilo, as well as the value of freight.

Pricing Policy

 

  • The prices shown in maviripa.pt, without exception, are valid for the date when the customer sees the proceeds will and their order, even if the shipping or payment is made at a later date.

 

  • The prices shown in maviripa.pt include VAT at the rate prevailing legal.

 

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

After you finalize your order and make payment, invoice will be sent and its receipt to the email address you entered when registering your account.

 

In case of dispute consumption, the consumer can use the European platform Dispute Resolution in Line, available at (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or the terms and for the purposes of art. 18 of Law No. 144/2015, of 8 September, we reported that the available ADR entity is the Arbitration Centre of the Lisbon Consumer Disputes.
